American born Chef Keith Kornfeld was once told that it would be impossible to become a Chef overseas in Southeast Asia. He was also told that bringing his 12 years of hands-on passion for Authentic Thai Cuisine back to the American public while mastering the flavors working abroad as an Executive Chef in Thailand with Five Star Hotels would even be more the challenge.
Since 2006, Chef Keith has taught Authentic Thai Cuisine to over 1000 guests world-wide from Fiji, Thailand and now America. He has met those challenges and more while instructing exciting cooking classes to guests from all walks of life and professional career paths.
Chef is determined to cut what he calls the “intimidation factor” the perception that only Thai/Asian Chefs can teach or cook Thai Cuisine correctly.
